Our story

Three decades ago, with high ambitions, our journey began to lead and create investment opportunities through Diyar Najd Company; a local and regional leader in authentic and mothentic (modern-authentic) architecture. The kind of spatial architecture that is inspired by local culture and heritage with applying modern trends .

To complement our unique journey in external and internal architecture, and in line with recent trends in urban planning and development in Saudi Arabia and the region, we began working on a unique concept of “ideal urban communities” through Madaen Real Estate Company. A company that aspires to redefine the concept of a residential community that takes into consideration the culture, heritage and environment of the place to meet the needs of Saudi and Arab families .

In line with the upcoming development in film production in Saudi Arabia, our group has been working for the past three years to develop an integrated film and television production infrastructure in Saudi Arabia through Nebras Films; where we aspire to provide meaningful content that enriches humanity and copes with our social development and progress, in cooperation and partnership with relevant public sector institutions and interested investors in film and television production .
